Event Filming

Mindfor Studios have extensive experience in filming live events. We are familiar with filming at all of Sydney's leading venues. As a media company we offer not only a filming service, but editing and distribution as well through DVD, ipTV or Television.

Mindfor Studios film using Sony XD EX3 and FX! HDV cameras that are suitable for any use including broadcast television.  

Filming Options

Option 1  - Web Video - delivered within 24 hours!

These days most of your participants (dancers, students, actors etc) lookto the video of their performance for social media purposes - Facebook and YouTube. In this case the final product you should provide is not an authored DVD as this requires your participants to rip and edit the footage before they can load it. Social Media is a great way to advertise your company, school or event. Having your participants do that for you is even better. Mindfor Studios recommend having your event presented as a data disc containing each poerformance as a H264, high-definition video clip ready for immedaite social media.

Of course we can load your clips to Youtube ourselves within minutes of the event filming (plus YouTube processing time and subject to internet connection) or you can do that for yourself.

Prices start at $695 base filming charge plus $10 per clip.

Visit the Australian Dance Festival Channel on Youtube for a sample of our work. Mindfor Studios have worked with the ADF for 3 years now to produce a Youtube Channel that now carries commercial sponsorship, and has deliverd 620,000 views of their event videos, and 16,000 channel views.

Option 2  -  Playable DVD - delivered in 7 days!

Our authored DVD service uses single or multiple cameras to produce a fully edited, high quality DVD or event video. This option allows for sound correction, more complicated animations and titling - a top-end product.

Our label and cover designs are prepared by our qualified Graphic Designer and are included in the package.

Indicative pricing is from $995 per single DVD or $1495 with 2 cameras. This includes on location or studio charges, filming, editing and design!
